Fuduntu 2013.1 is now available-a promising distribution

I just downloaded the new version of Fuduntu 2013.1, a Fedora based Linux which is lightweight and simple. Fuduntu 2013.1 is a nice distribution that suit for any Linux users at any level. It comes with an old style but usable interface. Its not a complex one as Gnome 3 or even Unity. It simply works.

What’s new on Fuduntu 2013.1?

Fuduntu developer still loves Gnome 2.32 eve there is a newer version of Gnome. Fuduntu 2013.1 is powered by Linux Kernel 3.6.9-1. On the application side, you will only have few applications installed on the default CD installation disk. Chromium 23, Thunderbird and VLC are installed by default.

The new development release of Mageia 2 RC is now available for download

Mageia is a fork of Mandriva Linux that was developed by Mandriva team as well. The new version of Mageia is now reaching version 2. Even it still in development version, we can try to install this Mageia 2 RC on our PC easily. But, keep in mind that we do not recommend to install Mageia 2 RC on a production machine because there still many bugs and errors.

Mageia 2 RC available in two versions: i586 (for 32bit computer) and x86_64 (for 64 bit computer). You may download these two versions of Mageia 2 from our download page below.
